Hey everyone!


I hope everyone is doing great and having a good school year thus far! I’ll be honest, college in a pandemic has been a struggle. I’ve been trying to be socially responsible but am finding myself continually exposed to COVID. This is seriously one of the craziest times to be alive and I’m praying we see some changes soon.


With each week being something new, I find myself getting stressed over miniature things. First it was stress about senior year and now it’s stress about COVID. I’m not stressed out 100% of the time but I do have waves that affect me more than I would like.


I have struggled with migraines since middle school. Throughout high school, I learned how to manage my migraines, but after a car wreck my sophomore year of college they took on different patterns. It has been a battle trying to figure out what works for my migraines but this past week I discovered something that helps just a tad….


ESSENTIAL OILS

Although this hasn’t made my migraines ~magically~ disappear it has definitely helped the beginning stages of them.


I know essential oils aren’t anything new. In fact, I have had a set of essential oils since freshman year of college. It wasn’t until I asked to use my roommates oils that I figured out the impact of GOOD oils. I had always ‘invested’ in the cheapest set of oils I could find, but after trying my quality oils with a new diffuser gifted by my mom I realized I needed to get myself a quality set of oils.


After using my roommate’s oils, I fell in love with them and decided to buy a set of my own. I bought a 16 pack of Art Naturals Essentials on Amazon and have enjoyed them SO much. I have been surprised by how much they have actually helped. On top of the headache ease, these oils have helped me relax, breathe better and sleep easier. Not to mention, there are so many scents to make my room smell amazing! Below, I am attaching some of my favorite oil combos from the past few days!
