quick update

Guys… It’s actually been over a YEAR since I wrote a quick update and I think that is beyond insane. For those who don’t know what a ‘quick update’ is, it’s pretty much in the title! Just a small way to update you on how I’m doing if you want to know!

I’m so excited it’s 2021!! Like I mentioned in my goal setting post, I know a new year doesn’t magically erase the past but the idea of ‘2021’ just makes me happy. Maybe it’s because I graduate? 👀

Actually I know it’s because I graduate!! The dreaded question (What are you doing post-grad?) for all college students is being asked almost daily and my answer is still “I don’t know,” but I’m excited to see where God takes me!

I quit my job in Norman and got to spend all of winter break in Houston with my family and that time truly restored my soul! There had been a small piece of joy I felt leave me in 2020 that I am definitely loving again in 2021!

Overall, I am in the best place I have been in a while and I’m so happy (even though this semester may drown me in work.) I hope you’re doing well!
